customers get answers to their questions as quickly as possible.
The TSG Customer Service site is here to help answer questions
that can't be answered from the site where you normally do
business. Technical issues concerning the site can usually
be best answered at the site. Many times we will answer your
question and direct you back to the main site for more information.

Believe it or not most of the questions we get are from frustrated
customers of other companies. Unfortunately, there are many
similar sounding names and services on the Internet. This
confusion results in many people ending up at one of our sites
by mistake.
You may have had trouble finding a contact at the company
you have done business with and have found us in your search.
We will try to answer your questions to the best of our ability,
but obviously we can't help you with orders or service that
our company does not provide. We'll do our best to get you
